Uses Tirzah’s Taco Seasoning in the ground beef.

Brown meat. Drain to decrease fat. (So I am sure the fat and calories are a bit lower than what it says above.) Add seasoning to taste.
Spray shells with olive oil and broil for two minutes on each side; top with cheese. ( I also didn’t feel the need for a full serving of cheese.)
Layer sour cream, one ounce of meat, lettuce and tomatoes on each shell.
(Want even lower fat and calories? Leave out the cheese.)
