About Small Group Personal Training:
Small Groups are a designed to give you the benefits of personal training at an affordable price. You will work out with 3 to 8 other people in a challenging class led by a certified personal trainer. Small groups work best for people with generalized fitness goals who don’t have physical movement restrictions or muscle imbalances. Many of our current small group participants started with private personal training or supplement their private training with small groups to maintain a high level of fitness. Prices below are for twice a week training.
About Private Personal Training
Private Personal Training is a great place to start if
- you haven’t worked out in a while
- you have a very specific fitness goal
- you need or enjoy one on one attention
- you’ve hit a fitness plateau
- you have muscle imbalances or physical movement restrictions that require a work out completely tailored to your needs.

Prices below are for twice a week training:
Cash, check and credit cards are accepted. One month contracts must be paid in full up front. Longer contracts require automatic billing to receive discounted rate.
Training sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the client being charged the full amount of the missed appointment. Sessions canceled with at least 24 hour notice may be made up within the next 30 days. Any sessions not made up within 30 days of being missed are forfeited with no refund to client.
