Group Class Prices for non-members

Single class price – Ages 13 and up: $6
Children participating in adult class: $3
10 Class Punch card: $50

Punch Cards can be used by more than one person.

Gym Memberships with Unlimited Group Classes starts at $35/Month

About the Group Classes:

GroupFit:

  • Led and Choreographed by Certified Personal Trainer Daniel
  • Energetic weights-based class set to music (no dancing here though!)
  • Works every major muscle in your body
  • Focuses on increasing muscle strength, endurance and stability

Piyo Strength:

  • Build strength and gain flexibility
  • Combination of yoga and pilates, but at a faster pace
  • Choreography that is fun, challenging, and will make you sweat

Turbo Kick:

  • Led by Janis
  • Cross between cardio kick boxing and interval training

Spinning:

  • Led and choreographed by Daniel or Tirzah
  • Fun atmosphere
  • Current music

Zumba Fitness:

  • Led by Licensed Instructors Kimber, Jessica or Certified Personal Trainer Tirzah
  • Latin and international music
  • Dance-based aerobic workout
  • Each class may include routines of Hip Hop, Salsa, Meringue, Quebradita, Belly Dancing, Flamenco, African, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Calypso and more.

Corrective/Function Fitness/Stretching:

  • Led by Certified Personal Trainer Tirzah
  • Low or no-impact workout
  • Suitable for anyone returning from an injury, interested in injury prevention, treating or preventing low back pain, reducing or preventing sciatica pain, or just wanting a balanced slower workout
  • Relaxing music

    I would come to the group classes if you could offer some around 8am or 3pm. Just a thought, not sure if a demand for those times

      I wanted to let you know that after a long wait, we have added more morning classes, including one Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am.

    I am interested in joining your gym. I work in the Portland area however, and don’t normally get home until after 5:30 Mon – Fri. Is there a better time for me to register in the evenings?

    When will you offer pylo? It says it on here it I don’t see on schedule. That’s what I’m looking for.

      We are not currently offering piyo. We have offered it in the past, but it hasn’t drawn a large enough following for us to currently offer it.
