Day 12 of Weight Loss Challenge

It was a crazy busy day today so this post will be brief. I hope I am inspiring you to achieve your own weight loss goals by hearing about mine.
I tried plain yogurt with strawberry freezer jam for breakfast. The jam gave it a weird texture in the yogurt; maybe frozen fruit in the yogurt next time instead.
I am loving Dave’s Killer Bread Sprouted Wheat; it is so yummy. Had a piece with PB and J so I could go for a run. With biking home and back to studio, a four mile run, and Zumba Fitness class, my exercise burn will have to settle for 980 today.
Lunch was a piece of Killer Bread with chicken breast lunch meat, fat free may, relish, hot mustard, tomato, spinach and red onion.
Pre-Zumba Fitness class I had a PB and J.
Dinner was a steamed artichoke – love, love, love these! Takes me forever to eat them. Daniel isn’t a fan, so I get the whole thing myself. I don’t butter with it or anything; I just steam it in the microwave for six minutes. Finished dinner with half a serving Reese’s Puffs and a glass of wine.
Snacks for the day included two taffies, an apple, an orange and a peach.
Total calories: 1,380
(I’m on MyFitnessPal.com as tirzahhawkins if you want to follow my food more closely.)

Supplements taken today:
Genesis:boost your energy, slow the aging process, protect against free radicals (which exercising creates more of) and much more.
Ultra Vitality:an amazing multivitamin that contains so much more too.
Symply Magic: this is my personal anti-depressant, my husband can tell when I forget to take it for a couple of days cause I get grouchy without it. Other benefits beyond the mood boost are help in controlling your appetite as well as an energy boost.
Advanced Omega:essential for the maintenance of every organ in your body.

Weight loss is hard so stick with it; it’s a marathon, not a sprint.
End of Day 12, 23 more to go!
