Read about Alyssa’s weight loss journey here. Since writing this post, she has lost 20 more pounds to make it over 70 pounds total lost. (She wanted me to put that she is almost at 75 pounds lost because she is working on that goal this week.) She is now under 200 pounds since the first time in over 12 years.
